the market

dialogue:

cristina (age 6): mom, you should put our house on the market.
mom: what do you mean by that?
cristina: DUH mom, you do that so you can sell it.
mom: well, why do we need to sell our house?
cristina: well, you know, so you can get a lot of money for it and then you can buy us a bigger house in colorado.

kids are just way too much. i don't think i've ever known of a six year old using the phrase, "on the market" and knowing what it means!
